Who doesn’t love a fast & nutritious breakfast? These egg bites are inspired by Starbuck’s eggwhite bites.

If you don’t like to eat dairy, you can skip the parmesan cheese.

I love to eat these egg bites with a fresh & cold juice (here is my favorite recipe!).

Egg Bite Ingredients

I love these egg bites because you can prepare them at the start of the week and warm them up for breakfast.

Egg Bite
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan
  • Mushrooms

Instructions

These egg bites come together very fast.

Wrap the raw bacon into the muffin tins.

Bake the bacon for 7 minutes until it is crispy.

Egg Bite

Crack 1 egg into each muffin tin. Then chop up veggies & sprinkle on top of the muffin tin.

Egg Bite

If you desire, you can sprinkle fresh parmesan on top of the raw egg.

Bake the muffin tin with the cheese & veggies for another 6 minutes. Feel free to skip the cheese if you are dairy free.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Slices Bacon
  • 1 Sprinkle Salt & Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Parmeasn (optional)
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Mushrooms (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Wrap the raw bacon around the muffin tin. Bake for 6 minutes.
  • Crack 1 egg into each muffin tin.
  • Add other toppings into each muffin tin such as cheese & mushrooms.
  • Bake for another 6-10 minutes. Keep an eye on the eggs. If you like the eggs running, take the egg bites out earlier.
