Healthy Juice Ingredients
I enjoy starting my day with juicing as it keeps my digestion in check and leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle the day ahead.
All you need are a few fresh ingredients.

- Apple

Cut your fruit into small pieces.
Insert the fruit into the Omega Juicer. Be patient and allow the slow-pressed juicer to do its thing!
Remember that if you want to make this healthy juice on a daily basis, you can always prep the ingredients the night before.
Healthy Juice Equipment
To juice the fruits, I use my Omega Juicer.
Trust me, I have tried many different juicers and even juiced with a nut bag & a blender for a while.
However, the Omega juicer works wonders. The pulp is not wet and it does not get jammed.
Obviously, the cleanup can get frustrating, but just remember to wash the machine parts right after juicing.
That way, the pulp will not harden on the machine.
Top tip
Prep the fruits and veggies the night before so that you can immediately juice first thing in the morning.
