Green Juice Recipe (Fat Melting & Energy Boosting)
Juicing is a great way to pump your body with vitamins, antioxidants, and soluble fibers found in freshly pressed juices.

1 High Speed Blender
1 Nut Bag
- ½ Cup Raw Broccoli
- 1 Orange
- 1 Apple
- 1 Bushel Cilantro
- ~1 Thumb Ginger Add less if you don't like the spicy flavor.
- ½ Cucumber
- 3 Stalks Celery
Wash your veggies and fruit.
Chop up the ingredients into smaller pieces.
Add the chopped ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until a smoothie consistency is formed.
Pour the smoothie into a nut bag. Make sure the nut bag is tucked over a sperate bowl so that the excess liquid is captured.
Squeeze the juice from the nutbag. The fibers will remain in the nutbag. Throw the fiber away.
Enjoy the juice!
