Green Juice Recipe (Fat Melting & Energy Boosting)

Juicing is a great way to pump your body with vitamins, antioxidants, and soluble fibers found in freshly pressed juices.

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender
  • 1 Nut Bag

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Raw Broccoli
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Bushel Cilantro
  • ~1 Thumb Ginger Add less if you don't like the spicy flavor.
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 3 Stalks Celery

Instructions
 

  • Wash your veggies and fruit.
  • Chop up the ingredients into smaller pieces.
  • Add the chopped ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until a smoothie consistency is formed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a nut bag. Make sure the nut bag is tucked over a sperate bowl so that the excess liquid is captured.
  • Squeeze the juice from the nutbag. The fibers will remain in the nutbag. Throw the fiber away.
  • Enjoy the juice!
