These Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are chewy, moist, naturally sweetened, vegan, and gluten-free. Enjoy a bar when you need a quick & healthy snack while on the go. These bars also make for the perfect Christmas gift if you wrap them up in parchment paper with a festive bow
These chewy bars made a star appearance on my recent trip to Zion National Park. Knowing that I was in the store for a long hiking day, I wanted to ensure that I was prepared for snacks.
This was inspired by my salted caramel chocolate bars. Both recipes are packed with flavor, and chocoalte, and make for a great snack.

Instructions
These bars make for the perfect pick-me-up during a busy day.
Start by measuring the bar ingredients and placing them into a food processor.
Blitz the ingredients in the food processor until a moldable dough forms. Then, stir in the chocoalte chips. Do not blend the chocoalte chips!
Press the dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Place the loaf pan in the fridge to allow the bars to get hard.
After 1-2 hours, remove the bars from the fridge and drizzle melted chocoalte on top. Finally, sprinkle flakey salt on top of the bars. Enjoy!
Equipment
This recipe comes together fast and simply by using a food processor. I love this model. Its affordable, gets the job done, and it’s not too bulky for storage.

Storing the Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Store these bars in an air-tight container for 3-4 days. I love to cut the bars up into little squares and wrap each one in parchment paper. This way, I can quickly grab a bar and hit the road energized!
Top tip
Wrap each bar in parchment paper and a rubber band. In a way, the bars will be just like the famous Clif bar, but without all of the added sugar syrup.
FAQ
Absolutely. I actually tried this before I landed on my peanut butter version. The texture is similar and the taste is amazing! Enjoy!
