Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Raw Bar
- 2 Cups Pitted Dates
- ½ Cup Unsalted Peanut Butter
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats Add more if the dough is too gooey
- 1 Teaspoon Salt Add more if you like it salty
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
Toppings
- ½ Cup Melted Dark Chocoalte chips add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil and melt the chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon Flakey Salt
Add the bar ingredients into a high speed blender (i.e. vitamix or Hamilton Beach) and blend until a chewy bar consistency is formed. If the texture is too chewy & sticky, then add more oats.
Mix in chocolate chips with a spoon.
Press the batter into a loaf pan and place in the fridge to harde
To make the toppings, melt the dark chocolate chips & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a small glass bowl.
After the batter has hardened, cut into small bite-sized piece
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the bars and sprinkle the flakey salt
