Dairy Free Turkish Eggs with Hot Honey
Experience the perfection of poached eggs resting on a bed of flavorful dairy-free yogurt, topped off with a hot honey sauce enhanced with red pepper flakes.
- 2 Poached Eggs
- 1 Cup Dairy Free Yogurt
- 2 Tbl Hot Honey
- 1 Tbl Olive Oil
- 2 Roasted Garlic
Poach your eggs in boiling hot water.
In the meantime, roast yoru garlic and mix the mashed garlic into the dairy free yogurt.
Place the poached eggs on top of the bed of yogurt.
Drizzle honey & hot honey on top. Garnish with cilantro if you desire. Eat with a thick slice of bread!
