Ingredients

cup
blanched almond flour
¼
cup
cassava flour
¼
cup
coconut flour
¼
cup
tapioca flour
or arrowroot
½
tsp
baking soda

teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt

eggs (seperated - keep yolk and white seperated)
½
cup
coconut milk

Tbs
coconut oil

Tbs
maple syrup
Instructions
Turn on the waffle maker so that it can warm up while you prep the batter.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Crack eggs and seperate by whites and yolks.
Mix the wet ingredients into the egg yolk bowl. Mix egg YOLKS, coconut milk, melted coconut oil (melted and cooled), and maple syrup.
Use a hand mixer to whip your egg whites until small foam pyramids form.
Mix all of your ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to the dry and FOLD in your whipped egg whites.
Spray your waffle maker with lots of oil spray. Spoon the batter into the waffle maker. Cook for ~5 minutes. Keep an eye on them!
Top your waffles and enjoy!
