Scramble:
- 4 oz chicken breast cut into small pieces
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup zucchini grated
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil for cooking
Sides:
- 1 small sweet potato cut into cubes
- ½ teaspoon avocado oil spray
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 slices uncured bacon
Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat with avocado oil. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
