Low-Calorie Granola (Sugar-Free & Vegan)

Sugar Free Granola is the perfect crunch to add to any delicious smoothie, pancakes, yogurt bowl, or cereal.

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspsoon Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
  • Measure & mix the wet ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingreients.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the batter on to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press the batter into the cookie sheet. Make sure the batter is thick (½ inch in height).
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. After it is cool, break the granola into large clusters.
