Low-Calorie Granola (Sugar-Free & Vegan)
Sugar Free Granola is the perfect crunch to add to any delicious smoothie, pancakes, yogurt bowl, or cereal.

Wet Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspsoon Vanilla Extract
Dry Ingredients
- 2 Cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Measure & mix the wet ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingreients.
Mix well.
Pour the batter on to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press the batter into the cookie sheet. Make sure the batter is thick (½ inch in height).
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. After it is cool, break the granola into large clusters.
