For the Carrot Fries:
3large carrotspeeled and cut into fry shapes
1 ½tablespoonolive oil or avocado oil
½teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Make the Burgers:
Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook burgers for about 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Cook the Bacon:
While the burgers are cooking, crisp the bacon in a skillet over medium heat (about 8–10 minutes), or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Carrot Fries:
Toss carrot sticks in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden on the edges.
Assemble the Burger Bowl:
In a bowl, layer the greens, burger patty, bacon slices, avocado, carrot fries, and pickles. Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Assemble the Burger on a Bun (Optional):
