Paleo Pesto Breakfast Wrap (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, High-Protein)

- 3 eggs
- 1 Siete cassava flour tortilla
- 2 slices air-fried bacon
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free pesto
- ¼ medium avocado chopped
- Avocado oil spray for cooking
Cook the Eggs: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Crack 3 eggs into the pan and let them cook slightly.
Add the Tortilla: Place the Siete cassava flour tortilla on top of the uncooked side of the eggs. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, then carefully flip.
