Brownie Layer
- 1 Cup Dates
- ½ Cup Gluten-Free Oatmeal
- ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
- ¾ Cup Almonds
- ½ Cup Pecans
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 10 Drops Ashwaganda (optional)
Frosting Layer
- 1 Cup Soaked Cashews
- 5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 3 Dates
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Pinch Salt
Toppings
- Handful Rainbow Sprinkles
Brownie Layer
Begin by blending the brownie ingredients together in a food processor. I’m using a Hamilto Beach Food Processor. Blitz the ingredients and then hold the power button on for 20 second intervals. Keep blitzing until a dough forms.
Pour the brownie dough into an 8x8 pan.
Press the dough into the pan using your hands.
After the dough is evenly distributed and firmly pressed into the pan, then place the brownie layer into the fridge
Assemble
Remove the brownie layer from the fridge and smear the frosting on top.
Finally, sprinkle the beautiful rainbow sprinkles on top of the bars. Enjoy!
